Asset Claims LLC, based in North Carolina, was founded by Karen, a Sr. Property Tax Recovery Claim Specialist. Twenty years as a nurse ended when the pandemic forced Karen home for her children's remote learning. This shift sparked a new path, combining her compassion with real estate recovery.

Karen discovered tax overages and trained under Bob Diamond, America’s Tax Attorney. After completing her course and earning her Tax Recovery Specialist certification in New Orleans in 2021, she established Asset Claims LLC in North Carolina that same year. She further strengthened her expertise with advanced training from the Foreclosure Academy in 2024.
A New Way to Help Others
Though no longer nursing, Karen continues to help people by guiding homeowners and business owners to recover surplus funds from tax and foreclosure sales. Her dedication ensures families reclaim unexpected funds, fulfilling her mission to make a difference.
